  • What's your policy on cancellations and rebooking?

    Life happens, right? Here’s how we handle cancellations and rebooking:

    • If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your appointment, there’s no charge.
    • For changes made less than 48 hours (47:59 or less), there’s a 50% service fee.
    • If you cancel within 2 hours or simply don’t show up, the full service charge applies.
    • Keep in mind, being over 15 minutes late is also considered a no-show.
    • To make changes, just use the link in your confirmation or reminder email. When you reschedule, your deposit goes towards your new appointment.

  • What if I'm feeling under the weather and can't make it?

    Your health (and ours!) is super important. If you're sick, especially with something contagious, please reschedule ASAP.

    • Notify us 48 hours in advance, and it's penalty-free.
    • If it’s last-minute due to illness, contact us directly. We’ll do our best to help based on the situation.
    • Your deposit will transfer if you give us proper notice. 

    Note: less than 2 hours' cancellation or no-show still incurs a full charge. Thanks for keeping everyone healthy!

  • What happens if I'm late?

    We get it, things happen, but here's how it goes if you're running late:

    • Your service might be shortened to keep things on schedule.
    • More than 15 minutes late? It’s considered a no-show, and fees may apply.

    Please aim to be on time, and if you're running late, give us a call at 888-480-1149. We appreciate your cooperation!

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?

    All sales are final once products leave our spa. If something arrives damaged or defective, bring it back ASAP, and we’ll help coordinate an exchange with the manufacturer. Thanks for understanding and supporting us!

  • How should I get ready for my appointment?

    Here’s how to prep for the best results:

    • Arrive on Time & Makeup-Free: A clean face helps us maximize your treatment time.
    • Avoid Exfoliating: Skip scrubs, peels, or retinol for 4–5 days before your facial.
    • Limit Active Ingredients: Pause on strong actives (like retinoids, glycolic, etc.) for 4–5 days.
    • Skip Sun Exposure: Avoid sunbathing or tanning a week before to prevent sensitivity.
    • No Shaving or Waxing: Don't shave/wax your face 24–48 hours before to avoid irritation.
    • Bring Skincare Products: A list or the actual products helps us customize your treatment.
    • Hold off on New Purchases: Wait to buy new products until after your visit.
    • Stay Hydrated: Drink lots of water leading up to your facial for better results.
  • How do I choose the right treatment?

    If it’s your first time, go for the New Client GLOW Facial. It includes a consultation and customized treatment. For returning clients not sure what to choose, the Natural GLOW Custom Facial is perfect. We’ll assess and tailor the treatment at your appointment.


    To keep your skincare on track, we suggest pre-booking your next 3–4 visits!

  • Can I bring someone with me?

    Feel free to bring a guest, but they'll need to stay in the lobby during your appointment. We offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water for their comfort.


    Children must be supervised and can’t be left unattended. Guests, including kids, aren’t allowed in the treatment room. Thanks for keeping our space peaceful and safe!
